Shake well before each use. Pointing away from eyes or body, mist it over your pillow or linen from 50-60 cm above. 1-2 pumps are enough. Allow the mist settle well before going to sleep. Essential oils have natural colours. (ex: Orange essential oil is naturally yellow/orange in colour). Patch test fabrics when using for the first time.
