    Frequently Asked Questions

Foot soak tablets are compressed dissolving tablets designed to be added to warm water. Once placed in water, they fizz and dissolve, releasing magnesium salts and essential oils into the soak

Magnesium salts, such as magnesium sulphate, are commonly used in soaking routines and are traditionally associated with relaxation after long periods of standing or physical activity. Warm water itself helps increase circulation and soften the skin, and magnesium salts are often included to enhance the overall soaking experience

Fill a basin with comfortably warm water, deep enough to cover your feet. Add one tablet and allow it to fully dissolve before placing your feet in the water. Soak for around 10 to 20 minutes, then gently pat dry.

Most people soak their feet for 10 to 20 minutes. This allows enough time for the warm water to soften the skin and for the essential oils to diffuse through the soak.

Our Magnesium Foot Soak Tablets combine warm water, magnesium salts and essential oils to create a sensory foot care experience. When dissolved in warm water, the essential oils release their aroma into the soak and surrounding air.

Each blend is formulated to create a slightly different experience:

    Tea Tree Blend

Contains tea tree, lavender, sweet orange and clove essential oils. Tea tree is commonly used in foot care for its cleansing reputation and fresh herbal scent. Lavender and sweet orange add balance, while clove contributes a subtle warming aroma.

    Lavender & Peppermint Blend

Lavender is widely associated with relaxation, while peppermint provides a cooling, refreshing sensation. Rosemary adds a clean, herbal note. This combination is often chosen for end-of-day soaking routines.

    Eucalyptus Lemonade Blend

Lemon and lemon myrtle provide a bright citrus aroma, while eucalyptus contributes a crisp, invigorating scent. Lavender softens the blend, creating a fresh and uplifting soak experience.

In a foot soak, essential oils do not act as a treatment, but they enhance the overall experience through aroma and skin feel. Combined with warm water and magnesium salts, they help create a relaxing and refreshing ritual for tired feet.
