DIRECTIONS: Run your bath the usual way, when done drop 0.5 cup – 2 cup of the mix. I would suggest to start with .5 cup and see if you need more.

Lovely magnesium bath

I usually but magnesium salts for muscle recovery but since I discovered this one, it became my favourite. The scent is lovely and inviting. And it leaves my skin well hydrated that I don’t even need moisturiser after the bath. Highly recommend
