We are blaming this “disasters” on either humid weather, lack of coffee\red bull in the morning or accidental slip of the brush… but at times we just end up with too many of them for us and family to use.
Cracked, chipped bath bombs, or where the brush slipped, misspelled labels, or other products that aesthetically are not to our standards.
